Mothers Circle is thrilled to present to you our Mothers Day Event. Take some time out to honour the Journey of Motherhood!

The evening will start with a gentle and authentic yoga flow facilitated by Laura (suitable for all abilities).
Sophia will then guide you through some simple breath work which will then weave into a sound journey with the glorious Alice Sea. A wonder filled vibrational experience that will hold space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Instruments such as the didgeridoo, native american flutes, heartbeat drum, string harp, Tibetan singing bowl & vocal mantras will be played throughout the room and at times over the body. The sound journey allows the listener to experience a deep state of meditation, waves of peace and heightened awareness of the mind, body and spirit.

We will finish by completing a simple intuitive art piece that represents your journey, stimulating inner movement and change to bring about healing, insight and self-empowerment.

Held at the Papamoa Surf Club, 561 Papamoa Beach Road.

Cost: $50, or $40 for a Mothers Circle client (previous or current).
